About

Built for church leadership,
by someone in it.

RoleMap is built by Anton Brown, Senior Pastor of Mayflower Church in Kingston, Massachusetts. The product grew out of a structural assessment Anton designed for his own church — a way of describing how leadership roles actually worked together in practice, independent of what the bylaws and org chart said.

That first assessment became a methodology. The methodology became a tool. The tool became RoleMap.

Every engagement is personally reviewed by Anton before delivery. The AI-assisted analytical engine does the heavy synthesis work, and Anton does the curation — checking the framing, softening language where it lands too pointedly, removing findings the data doesn't support strongly enough, and adding pastoral context an AI alone cannot reliably produce.

The combination is what makes RoleMap viable at the price points it is — in-depth narrative analysis that still gets the kind of attention each engagement deserves.

What RoleMap is not

RoleMap is not professional management consulting, not a spiritual-gifts assessment, not a 360-degree review of individuals, and not a public-facing instrument. The unit of analysis is the role, never the person. Reports are intended for confidential leadership-team review and approached with curiosity rather than concern.
