Pricing

One engagement. One price.

A Rolemap engagement is a single, fixed-price diagnostic. You pay once. You receive the heat map, the written report, and the leadership-team recommendations. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no per-seat charge.

The right tier for your church depends on the number of roles in your leadership structure, not the size of your congregation.

Anton Brown personally reviews every report before delivery. This is part of how Rolemap works, not an add-on.

The Extra Large band is custom-scoped. Email anton@rolemap.co and we will scope it together.

What every engagement includes

  • A 12-to-15-minute questionnaire delivered to every role-holder, mobile-friendly, no account required.
  • Full analysis across all four layers: centrality, perception asymmetry, consolidation candidates, and bylaws-versus-actual.
  • A written narrative report of twelve to eighteen pages, in Word and PDF.
  • A color heat map visualization showing the strength of every role-pair relationship.
  • Prioritized recommendations your leadership team can read together.
  • Anton Brown personally reviews and refines every report before it reaches you.

A virtual debrief is available. We will quote it with the engagement.

How a Rolemap engagement runs

  1. 01

    Set up

You start the engagement online. Name the roles in scope, upload your bylaws and org chart, and save a card on file. If you would rather talk it through first, email Anton and we will set up a call.

  2. 02

    Questionnaire

Each role-holder receives a magic-link invitation. The questionnaire takes about fifteen minutes. Most respondents complete it on their phone.

  3. 03

    Analysis and review

The four analytical layers run once responses are in. Anton reviews the draft report, refines pastoral framing, checks bylaws citations, and prepares the deliverable.

  4. 04

    Delivery

You receive the written report and the heat map.

How billing works

A card is saved on file before invitations go out to your role-holders. The card is not charged until the final report is delivered to your inbox. The charge is the moment the engagement is actually complete.

If your engagement is paused, canceled before report delivery, or refunded under the refund policy, the matter is settled before any charge is captured.

A few clarifications before you decide

Rolemap is not management consulting. We do not provide legal, financial, or organizational-psychology services. National church-consulting firms typically begin at $6,000 and run higher; Rolemap is a focused diagnostic, not a comprehensive strategic engagement.

Rolemap is not a spiritual-gifts or personality assessment. The unit of analysis is the role, not the person. DISC, Working Genius, StrengthsFinder, and similar tools address a different question.

Rolemap is not custom. The report is the product. We do not add bespoke sections, co-branded covers, or scope extensions. If your church needs more than the diagnostic, we are happy to refer you to a consulting firm that does that work well.

Frequently asked questions

  • How long does an engagement take from start to finish?

Two to four weeks is typical. The questionnaire window runs one to two weeks; most role-holders respond within a week. Analysis and review run about two weeks after the questionnaire closes. Larger engagements can take longer if your leadership team needs additional time on the bylaws-comparison step.

  • What if my church has more than 30 roles?

Engagements above 30 roles fall in the Extra Large band, which is custom-quoted rather than sold at a fixed price. It starts from $299 and the final figure is confirmed on a scoping call. Email anton@rolemap.co and we will scope it together. Most churches in the 31-to-50 range fit an Extra Large engagement with a modest scope adjustment; above 50, the engagement gets meaningfully different and needs a longer conversation.

  • Can we run the engagement now and run it again later?

Yes. Most churches that run Rolemap a second time do so at the 24-to-36-month mark, when a planning cycle, governance review, or staff transition surfaces the question again. Second engagements include a comparison layer that shows what has changed since the first run. Pricing for a second engagement is the same tier price you paid the first time; the comparison work is included.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

Small, Medium, and Large engagements are a single charge when the report is delivered. At these prices a split payment adds administration without easing much, so we do not offer one. Extra Large engagements are custom-scoped, and payment terms, including a split across two installments, are settled on the scoping call.

  • Why does Anton review every report personally?

Because the analysis surfaces things that need pastoral framing, careful weighting, and an eye for what the bylaws actually say versus what the data is showing. The AI-assisted pipeline produces the analytical draft; Anton refines it before it reaches you. We disclose this combination openly because we think it is part of what makes the report something a leadership team can use.

Ready to start an engagement?

Most churches start online. The first screen emails you a magic link that creates your account. From there you name the roles in scope, save a card on file, and invitations go out to your role-holders. Nothing is charged until your report is delivered.
